The Eastern Kentucky University women’s soccer team announced seven 2014 signees, including Oldham County forward/midfield Haley Kemper.

Here’s what EKU coach Melissa Barnes had to say about Kemper in a news release:

“Haley was our first commitment for 2014,” Barnes said. “Securing in-state talent is very important to me as a Kentuckian. Haley is a fierce competitor and can play either defensive or attacking midfield, or as a forward, depending on the needs of her team.”
